Services we offer our clients.

Our Primary service is producing completed units of framed art. Many of our clients provide us with their art and specify the mats and moulding to be used in the design. Our job is then to produce those units to the highest quality level. We can also supply the artwork or reproduce and print your originals used in the units, and thus, supply a total service.

While providing these services, each step of the job process becomes a service within itself:

Frame Construction -- Art Effects currently stocks over 350 profiles with over 150,000 feet of moulding available in stock. Hundreds of other profiles are readily available through our suppliers. We can manufacture empty frames, frames with glass, frames with acrylic, shadow boxes etc.

Mat Cutting -- Art Effects has state-of-the-art computer-controlled mat cutting capabilities for consistent results.  We design decorative mats to meet your requirements, or we can produce mats using your design specifications.

Material Sizing -- With a 45-inch Heidelberg-Polar cutter on our production floor makes rough cutting mats and backing boards to size effortless.  This guillotine cutter will cut up to 100 sheets of mat board at one time, thus saving us time and the customer money in having to rough them to size on a wall or table-top cutter.

Artwork Mounting -- Art Effects has the ability to mount over 100 prints per hour using our production gluing machine. Art work can be mounted to a variety of substrates saving you time, and material costs. In addition, we maintain a 2400 sq-inch press in which artwork can be dry mounted (using heat and pressure) or cold mounted (using pressure only.)

Product Assembly -- Your products can be assembled by our team of assembly personnel into frames we provide or frames you provide. We use top quality picture glass, non-glare glass, or cast acrylic when assembling your art.
